Shipping/Packaging
All buyers and purchasers please read our terms and conditions as listed below:
1. If you require shipping insurance, please organise your own shipping and organise shipping insurance with the freight company, we no longer offer shipping insurance to our customers
2. All body kits are shipped using our courier unless buyers want to organise their freight company
3. Goods remain property of X Racing until full payment is received, paying a deposit does not mean you own the goods. The buyer has ownership of the goods once they pay total balance. Items can only be shipped when full payment is received. We do NOT offer C.O.D. under any circumstances.
4. There is NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE once goods are sold. Please make your choice and decision carefully, if you are concerned whether a particular item is for your car or not, the best way is to send us a picture of your car so we can confirm with you. If you insist on refund there is a restocking fee of 25% of the total cost of the item (does not include postage). Buyer pays for their own shipping when returning stock.
5. We sell aftermarket parts but are not obliged to any legal responsibilities involved. It is up the buyer to check with their RTA (Road Traffic Authority) for the compliance of aftermarket parts. You must check if the item you purchase conflicts with road laws. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for this reason.
6. At X Racing we try to complete orders between 3-7 working days but cannot control any delays caused by forces out of our control such as bad weather conditions, blackouts, lightning, no power supply etc. If your order is delayed we will contact you to let you know of an approximate delivery time.
7. Shipping times are usually varied between 3-7 (three to seven) working days depending upon location of the buyer. For example, shipments from Sydney to Western Australia may take up to 7 (seven) working days.
8. All shipments are either shipped via TNT AUSTRALIA, Couriers Please Pty Ltd or Australia Post depending upon the size and weight of the item.
When you receive the item, if you suspect there to be damages, please do not sign the consignment until you have opened and checked the item.
For example, if you receive the carton heavily damaged, do not sign the consignment note until you have checked the items. If the carton is damaged causing the parts to be damaged then please report to the driver and tell driver to take note and report back to the courier company. As receiver, please contact us immediately and we will contact the courier company claiming for damages.
9. It is the buyer responsibility to give us a daytime (this could be your work address) shipping address for all courier deliveries, as items must be signed upon delivery. X Racing is not responsible for any delays in deliveries if the address is not attended. Usually couriers will make two attempts for delivery then resend the item back to us. If this occurs the buyer will need to pay freight for the return item as well as to resend item back to you.
10. X Racing will continue to try our best to ensure all shipments are securely packed before we send. All bumper bars and full body kits (consist of front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper) must be sent in cartons. Items shipped in cartons have less chance of damages. If the buyer insist to send the body kit in bubble wrap only, the buyer is responsible for any loss or damages, our insurance will not cover for this.
11. All bodykits must be shipped as it is, they cannot be painted then shipped as paint might be scratched or damaged during transit. If you require painting of the bodykits, please organise it with a body shop after arrival.

As of 1st July 2010, our freight company are charging extra $10 for all delivery to residential address, to avoid this charge please provide a business address for delivery

Buyers are advised to organise their own freight where possible, as our courier charges are too high, many local freight carriers charge less than larger carriers. If you organise your own courier for pickup, we cannot offer any shipping insurance, you will need to organise yourself.
If your postcode is not listed, you will need to email us the postcode and the bodykits you are interested.
All prices may change without notice. Prices quoted includes G.S.T. and fuel levy.
The above prices are charged by our courier company, if you feel the prices are not suitable for your needs, you may organise your own courier to pick up the goods from us and pay $25.00 to cover for the packaging and carton.
All small items have to be quoted separately for shipping charge, please enquiry with the item you are interested in and shipping details (suburb, state and postcode)
International buyers will need to email with items of interest and address to quote shipping charge. We ship with air express and a small carton to USA is from AUD$500.00. Charges will vary between different countries and locations.
Small Tip for all buyers: Purchase more items at once to save postage, combine with friends and relatives will make shipping work out cheaper.
