After you have emailed or faxed above details, we will reply you via email saying that details have been received. Unless you did cash deposit in the bank, payment usually takes 24-48 hours to process, so while payment is pending we will prepare your order.and whether stock is available, or require manufacturing time. We will also provide you estimated time of shipping out your items.
As of 1st July 2010, our freight company are charging extra $10 for all delivery to residential address, to avoid this charge please provide a business address for delivery
After your order is shipped we will get tracking information from Courier company and forward to you the next day after its shipped.
Cheques:
We apologise that cheques are NOT accepted. If you would like to use your cheque account to make payment, you will need to come into our workshop and use our Eftpos facilities using your debit card. Otherwise you may use Internet Banking transfer from your cheque account to our bank account. Cheques are NOT accepted under any circumstances.
